Platform Architect

Salary: National up to £65,900 - London up to £81,100

We are currently recruiting for a Platform Architect to be a part of our team! A bit about the job:

As the Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable technology architectures that align with business strategy objectives and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards. Along with, providing support to internal users to investigate, analyse and solve complex queries of software technology products caused by product architecture failures. You will also act as a point of escalation for junior team members.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical designs to both senior leaders, and into software development teams

• Deep understanding of software build processes, best-practises, and methodology (for example CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, data modelling, API design, 12 factor principles and branching strategies)

• Financial acumen to support business cases and inform key design decisions

• Deep technical knowledge and experience, which may be broad across many domains, or focussed on a single domain

• Self-driven, independent worker able to organise their time across many incoming workstreams and stakeholders

• Salary: National up to £65,900, London up to £81,100 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
