What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Second-level issue management support for athenahealth Electronic Health Record applications
- Troubleshoot and correct athenaOne incident-related issues
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting all aspects of athenaOne
- Provide remote support to assist with EHR issues
- Help onboard Clinical IT members and train staff on athenaOne functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology
- Experience with data collection and document management
- SQL and HTML knowledge
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 or more years of clinical and/or managed care experience or EHR support
