      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the building and maintenance of the employer's athenaOne platform
      - Conduct routine quality assurance of work
      - Provide remote support to resolve EHR issues for clinicians
      - Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage communication between multiple stakeholders
      - Document, track, and address athenaNet incident-related issues in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in clinical and/or managed care or EHR support
      - 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
      - Knowledge of extended medical terminology
      - Experience with data collection and document management
      - SQL and HTML knowledge

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the athenahealth platform and its functionalities
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively
      - Experience onboarding new team members in a technical capacity
      - Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
