- Maintain balanced cashier’s station.
- Process cash transactions for gaming customers and employees (Includes cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, markers, traveler’s checks, lottery tickets, exchange currency, and processing cash advance transactions).
- Process expanded cashing lottery tickets through the lottery site, $600-$5,000, and any applicable paperwork.
- Offer and process applications for the mychoice Mastercard credit card.
- Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations.
- Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
- Enroll patrons into mychoice, issue patrons mychoice player cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, answer questions about patron’s accounts, and assist the Marketing Department with all gaming promotions.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
- Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
- Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
- Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
- Other duties, as needed.
- Must be 21 Years of age or older.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of cashiering and experience and/or money handling experience.
- Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
- Must be able to navigate multiple computer programs.
- Must be able to pass background check and credit check.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must enjoy hosting others.
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
- Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
