      Player Services Senior Representative

      Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Player Services Senior Representative. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external patrons, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. Responsibilities include handling various monetary transactions, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with casino operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, flexibility to work varied shifts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced casino environment.

      Responsibilities:

      • Perform monetary transactions such as sales, register operation, check cashing, chip redemption, and more.
      • Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to internal and external customers while adhering to company and gaming regulations.
      • Safeguard the confidentiality of guest/player information, discussing sensitive details only with appropriate department heads.
      • Maintain knowledge of casino operations, including hours of operation and amenities, and respond to guest inquiries.
      • Assist in the operation of Recyclers, conduct emergency Slot drops, and handle promotional item distribution.
      • Reconcile funds, paperwork, and assets during or at the end of each shift.
      • Safeguard company assets by following established policies and procedures.
      • Balance funds, verify photo IDs, and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
      • Handle guest questions, complaints, or problems promptly and courteously.
      • Collaborate with other casino departments and work as a team in a respectful manner.
      • Complete bank deposits and receive cash deliveries, verifying and taking accountability for Soft Count, NRT, and Non-Gaming and Lottery buys.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or GED, with six months of previous player services, marketing, banking, cashiering, or related experience.
      • Previous vault experience preferred.
      • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
      • Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends.
      • Ability to handle high-pressure situations on the casino gaming floor.
      • Proficiency in basic arithmetic and point-of-sale systems.
      • Ability to learn and retain knowledge of computer systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

      Certifications:

      • Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
      • Regular bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
      • Ability to push/pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
