Job Description

- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Responsible for data entry of player information in player rating system.
- Working knowledge of computer player rating system.
- Handles customer problems and reports all incidents to the Players Club Supervisor.
- Checks guests ratings through player rating system.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.,
- Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
