- Req#: JP-005275851
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and industrial machinery.
- Rewire 3 phase 480v motors and work with relays.
- Utilize PLC knowledge, specifically ladder logic, for minor editing tasks.
- Handle Ph monitors, voltage, and conductivity meters effectively.
- Replace and set parameters for VFDs.
- Conduct troubleshooting repairs on paint lines.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using equipment like saws and drills.
- Create basic brackets and fabricate components as needed.
- 3-5 years of electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance-related position within manufacturing.
- PLC experience and knowledge of extrusion, anodize, and automated paint lines.
- Fabrication experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with extrusion is a bonus.
- Leadership experience is ideal.
PLC Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PLC Maintenance Technician capable of troubleshooting and making industrial and electrical repairs on machines. This role involves working with a variety of equipment, including a three-year-old extrusion machine, presses, and CNC machines. The ideal candidate should possess strong electrical knowledge and multi-craft skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
