      PLC Maintenance Technician

      Job Description

      We are seeking a skilled PLC Maintenance Technician capable of troubleshooting and making industrial and electrical repairs on machines. This role involves working with a variety of equipment, including a three-year-old extrusion machine, presses, and CNC machines. The ideal candidate should possess strong electrical knowledge and multi-craft skills.

      Responsibilities

      • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and industrial machinery.
      • Rewire 3 phase 480v motors and work with relays.
      • Utilize PLC knowledge, specifically ladder logic, for minor editing tasks.
      • Handle Ph monitors, voltage, and conductivity meters effectively.
      • Replace and set parameters for VFDs.
      • Conduct troubleshooting repairs on paint lines.
      • Perform welding and fabrication tasks using equipment like saws and drills.
      • Create basic brackets and fabricate components as needed.

      Essential Skills

      • 3-5 years of electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
      • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance-related position within manufacturing.
      • PLC experience and knowledge of extrusion, anodize, and automated paint lines.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Fabrication experience is strongly preferred but not required.
      • Prior experience with extrusion is a bonus.
      • Leadership experience is ideal.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
