      À propos du rôle :

      *En raison des lois locales, nous considérerons prioritairement les candidats ayant l’autorisation de travailler au Canada, et s’exprimant parfaitement en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.

      Le(la) plongeur(se) assure le nettoyage de la cuisine, de la vaisselle, de l’argenterie et de tout le sous-sol. Assiste tous les départements du service de la Nourriture et des Boissons.

      Ce que vous ferez :

      • Assurer le nettoyage, le rangement et l'entretien de la vaisselle, de l’argenterie, de la verrerie, des ustensiles et du gros matériel de cuisine selon les normes d'hygiène.

      • Effectuer le ramassage des poubelles, leur mise à disposition pour enlèvement, et le nettoyage des locaux de la restauration.

      • Mettre en place et participer au service dans la cafétéria du personnel.

      • Respecter les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et les standards de qualité établis par l’établissement.

      • Collaborer avec tous les services de la restauration, faire preuve d'autonomie et de bon esprit d’équipe.

      • Utiliser correctement les produits chimiques, signaler tout accident et maintenir les équipements et les machines en bon état de fonctionnement.

      Ce que vous contribuez :

      • Bonne compétence en communication

      • Être à l’aise à bouger beaucoup et à passer de longues heures debout ;

      • Connaissance des matériaux (argenterie, porcelaine, verrerie...) un atout.

      • Connaissance des techniques de nettoyage (machine à laver, la vaisselle, produits chimiques...) un atout.

      • Connaître les normes en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité.

      About the role:

      *Due to local regulations, priority will be given to candidates who are authorized to work in Canada and are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.

      The steward Ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen, dishware, silverware and storage areas. Assists all departments of the Food & Beverage division.

      What you will do:

      • Ensure the cleaning, storage, and maintenance of dishes, silverware, glassware, kitchen utensils, and large equipment in accordance with hygiene standards.

      • Collect and prepare garbage for pickup, and clean the various food service areas.

      • Set up and assist with service in the staff cafeteria.

      • Comply with hygiene, safety regulations, and quality standards established by the institution.

      • Collaborate with all food service departments, demonstrating autonomy and strong team spirit.

      • Use cleaning chemicals properly, report any accidents, and keep equipment and machines in good working condition.

      What you bring:

      • Good communication skills

      • Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods of time

      • Knowledge of materials (silverware, porcelain, glassware) is an asset

      • Familiarity with cleaning techniques (dishwasher use, handling dishware, chemical products) is an asset

      • Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
