- Install waste and vent systems, primarily using cast iron materials.
- Perform copper installations and tap out quickly following the initial waste and vent installation.
- Work under direction as part of a cohesive team of plumbers.
- 3+ years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on commercial plumbing.
- Experience with med gas installations.
- Proficient in waste and vent installations.
- Skilled in copper and cast iron installations.
- Journeyman plumber certification.
- Experience as a Med Gas plumber for future projects.
Job Title: Plumber
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced plumbers with med gas experience for direct placement on an immediate project involving the installation of plumbing systems for a new construction project in South San Francisco. You will work as part of a team of 10 plumbers on a project that will continue for another 10 months. While the primary project is located in South San Francisco, projects are available throughout the Bay Area. Flexibility to work on additional projects is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Join a team with steady projects lined up for the next 10 months and beyond. The contractor is based out of Petaluma, consistently performing work throughout the Bay Area. With a small internal team of 6, you can expect plenty of work opportunities and a chance to grow within the company.
Work Environment
The initial project is located in South San Francisco at a new construction site for Safeway, with an expected duration of 10 months. You will be part of a supportive team environment, working alongside other skilled plumbers to complete the project.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
