- Assist with the construction, remodeling, and renovation of residential and commercial properties.
- Perform tasks such as sewer and water line installation, pipe threading, and basic carpentry under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
- Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at the job site.
- Follow supervisor instructions and work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and competently.
- Take on plumbing tasks and installations independently when needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Previous construction site experience is preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, especially remodeling techniques, is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and handle heavy materials.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Experience in maintenance work or carpentry is an added advantage.
