- Viega PureFlow, ProPress, & MegaPress
- Reading BluePrints/Design Drawings
- Installation of Waste, Storm, Gas, & Water Systems
- PVC, Cast Iron, Copper, Steel Pipe & Hangers
- Podium Deck Layout
- Installation of Interceptors/Pumps
- Must have a valid California Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
- Three (3) years of experience in Multi-Family Construction.
- Recent experience in a similar role and setting.
- Ability to frequently lift or carry 20 to 50 pounds.
- Physical requirements include standing, bending, squatting, sitting, kneeling, lying down, crawling, climbing and driving.
- Typical working conditions include working on ladders, rooftops, in crawl spaces, and in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work well with others independently.
- Must work easily and skillfully with hands and fingers to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects and materials.
- Must have basic hand tools to perform the job description.
- must be available to work 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Primary Function:
Installation of Plumbing Systems (Wastes & Vent, Storm, Water, Gas, Boilers/Water Heater) according to specifications and local plumbing codes. Seeking plumbers skilled in all aspects & phases of multi-family plumbing. All projects will be in the San Diego area.
