      Job Summary

      Welcome to our Facilities Management Department!

      We are looking for Plumbers to assist with maintenance at our facilities.

      The main role of the Plumber is to perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and routine inspections on all plumbing related systems, installs and repairs copper, cast iron, and polypropylene systems, and aids in the inspection and constructive critique of installations made by vendors.


      Required Qualifications

      What you need to have:

      - Require three (3) years of experience as a plumber preferably in large plant operations.
      - Require knowledge of complex plumbing installations and repairs with working and technical knowledge of equipment specific to the trade.
      - Require the ability to read and follow construction drawings/prints.
      - Require the ability to read/understand prints/diagrams for buildings and equipment.


      Preferred Qualifications

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Prefer working knowledge and understanding of multiple skilled trades relevant to healthcare industry.
      - Prefer the ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and general maintenance without supervision.
      - Prefer the ability to fit pipe, both copper and black iron (welding experience).
      - Require familiarity with computers and related software (Windows Operating Systems).
      - Prefer familiarity with codes applicable to field and industry.
      - Prefer proficiency in written and verbal communication.
      - Prefer working knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s).
      - Prefer the ability to work with minimal supervision.

      - FDL: Valid Driver's License

      - HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
