- Proven 2-3 years of recent, full-time experience
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis-Identifying the source of plumbing problems like leaks, clogs, low water pressure and malfunctioning fixtures through inspection and diagnostic tools.
- Repair and Maintenance-Fixing leaks, replacing worn-out parts, repairing or replacing pipes, unclogging drains, and performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Pipefitting-Cutting, threading, bending, and assembling pipes and fittings to install new plumbing systems
- Customer Interaction-Communicating with clients to understand their plumbing issues, providing cost estimates for repairs, and explaining the repair process.
- Code compliance-Ensuring all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Documentation-Maintaining accurate records of service calls, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Great ability to win the customers business
- Great attitude and customer service skills
- Will to grow with a winning team

Description
You will be responsible for managing a territory and installing or servicing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their plumbing requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all Plumbing departments.
