What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all phases of project planning to ensure success factors such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety are met
- Serve as the unifying agent providing leadership and direction for multiple transmission projects
- Manage projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, and requirements
- Coordinate and control overall project activities to ensure alignment with company standards
- Assist in managing “White” or “Green” projects as defined by the Project Management Center of Excellence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Graduation from a two-year college or university
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduation from a four-year college or university
- Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates; Professional Engineer License
- Experience in scheduling and cost controls related to project management
- Knowledge and experience in the utility industry and construction management
- Strong relationships with stakeholders across various organizational levels
