  Pay Range: $19.00 / Hourly
  
  Weekends & Holiday availability is required.
  
  Summary:
  
  The PM Cook will help run the kitchen for the evening Restaurant Operation, be part of the team, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
  
  Duties & Responsibilities:
  
  • Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served, complying with all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards
  • Use supplies and facility properly to minimize loss, waste, and fraud
  • Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
  • Ensure the hot bar us ready for guests
  • Condense and refill as needed
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
  • Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles
  • Clean and stock work stations
  
  
  Requirements
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 2+ years of restaurant experience required as a Line Cook or more
  • Position cooks alone in restaurant & needs ability to work well independently
