- Een zorgvuldig traineeship met mentorschap, cross-functionele projecten en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen PPG.
- Je start in een geavanceerd programma waarin je stapsgewijs wordt ingewerkt in formulering, labwerk, experimentopzet en marktondersteuning.
- Je draait mee in R&D teams, voert tests uit en analyseert resultaten, gericht op PMC-producten en -toepassingen .
- Je werkt samen met chemici, technici en sales, vertaalt technische data naar klantgerichte oplossingen en ondersteunt bij schaalvergroting en compliance
- Een afgeronde hbo-/wo-opleiding in (Polymeer)Chemie, Chemische Technologie, Materiaalwetenschap of vergelijkbaar
- Je bent een starter (max. 2 jaar werkervaring) met passie voor coatings of R&D
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met experimentdesign of data-analyse
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en schrift
- Proactief, nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig en teamgericht
- Een op maat gemaakt traineeship met workshops, masterclasses en coaching
- Mentoring door senior S&T-professionals en exposure aan internationale projecten
- Mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen in productie, R&D én commerciële ondersteuning
