Project / Programme Management - Support on the understanding of all industry best practice Project and Programme Management methodologies evidenced by external accreditation.
Governance – Involved in the end-to-end governance of the project / programme lifecycle, project / programme stages and gate reviews
Planning & Scheduling - Considers constraints, assumptions, dependencies and governance arrangements when creating a plan, including reviewing other relevant plans and documentation.
Resource Management – Ensure tools and processes are used for scheduling resources for a project or programme and can identify the resource types needed for a new change initiative
Risk & Issue Management – Tailors the risk and issue management practices based on the scale, complexity and criticality of the business activities / function or project / programme.
Change Control – Ensures the change control approach and processes are used on projects and programme across the end-to-end lifecycle, across technical change governance and new change governance.
Data Analysis / Business Intelligence - Independently process and analyse data using computer systems, tools and applications by applying the principles, procedures and tools of data and information management.
Delivery Support and Management- Supports projects, programmes and portfolios across core service areas. Provides induction, education and training on the application of PMO processes, procedures and templates.
Experience in project management, with a focus on PMO functions.
Experience in developing and implementing project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, risk
management, and quality management.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
Salary of £30,000
