Job Description

- Responsible for the administration of a Portfolio and Project Management application, including the implementation of new modules and functions by performing needs assessment / evaluation, scope and duration, and hands-on configuration
- Provide administrative support and assist Initiative Owners / Project Managers with schedule changes, resource assignment, change requests, and project closure
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with project lifecycle methodology and policies
- Coordinate reporting and analytics of resource & project time reporting
- Analyze additional reporting needs and create PowerBI-based dashboard reports
- Assist in developing the managing the Project Initiation process and monitor all projects for compliance to our governance and phase gate processes
- Assist and train initiative owners / project managers and others as required throughout Transformation project implementation
- Assist the PMO Lead with communications, presentations
- Bachelors degree
- Project Management Certification
- 1 - 3 years of business/industry work experience
- Experience with project management and PMO processes desired
- PPM Tool Administration and Analytics
- PMO Websites
- Project Management methodology
- Dealing with Project Teams & Executive Stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and handle tight deadlines
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills - Word / Excel / Power BI / PowerPoint / Visio/ SQL
- Ability and desire to learn new skills
- Knowledge and expertise in the use of Project, Program & Portfolio Management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports
- Ideally experience in diverse multi-cultural, corporate cultures

Position Purpose
The PMO Analyst supports the European Portfolio Management Office by developing and administering Portfolio Management tools, templates, processes and project management methodology.
The position will act as a focal point for all project / initiative portfolio information, including documentation and process compliance, resource assignments, time tracking, project metadata, etc.
The resource will also support the Transformation PMO Lead and with leadership communications and presentations.
