      Job Title: Project Management & Structure PMO Analyst

      Location: Pune

      Role Description

      We are looking for an experienced PMO to support the delivery of the Payments F4 Program across the Bank’s complex payments application landscape. This is a multi-year program tasked with implementing an Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) control framework for all payment-related applications in the Bank. In partnership with the wider program team in Europe, UK and US, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of program milestones and adherence to delivery targets for a wide spectrum of payment system controls across all in-scope payment applications.       Your key responsibilities

      • Manage tracking and reporting for project deliverables within your workstream.
      • Support the adherence of project management best practices for your workstream, fostering read across within the program.
      • Provide quality support and guidance on best practices to ensure high level of project management integrity.
      • Provide analytics insights to the project team for consumption of management and key stakeholders.
      • Support your workstream lead, management, and key global stakeholders to achieve the right level of governance, decision making and project progress/ transparency.
      • Support project business case preparation where required for new initiatives, including initial scoping, proposals, framework and timeline planning, and baseline artefact definition for your workstream.
      • Participation and potential support (eg documenting minutes/actions) as required in relation to project meetings.
      • Maintain ongoing standardization and quality of project artefacts throughout the lifecycle.
      • Challenge stakeholders on quality, completeness, timeliness and ongoing progress on workstream deliverables
      • Help manage communication to the global stakeholders.
      • Address stakeholder inquiries in a timely and responsive manner.
      • Develop strong knowledge and understanding of systems, people and processes, ensuring experience and knowledge gathered is leveraged to help drive efficient and effective delivery within your workstream.

      Your skills and experience

      Experience-

      • Previous Project Management, Co-ordination and PMO experience
      • Some level of BA experience and knowledge of structured project methodologies preferred.
      • Experience of administering structured framework, such as project governance, quality standards and committees
      • Excellent skills in Microsoft excel and powerpoint
      • Experience in the Banking / Finance industry of which at least 2 years should be in change / transformation space or associated with change/transformation initiatives.
      • Knowledge of Technology Risk Mitigation and Control Implementation is preferred. Information Security and Information Technology Controls specific knowledge an advantage.
      • Experience and understanding of working in a matrix environment is advantageous.
      • Experience working in agile project delivery environment is beneficial.

      Skills / Abilities-

      • Extremely hands-on, with ability and interest to get into the details, and understand front-to-back system, policies and procedures.
      • Technical and detailed related aptitude and the ability to understand data/process flows front to back.
      • Able to liaise and engage with key decision makers, peer groups and functions outside direct control and discuss findings/proposals in front of senior stakeholders.
      • Structured and analytical, ability to learn and adapt to new situations and scenarios, with strong problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
      • Proficient in MS Office applications and able to interpret and synthesize information for senior management presentations.
      • Relationship management and influencing / negotiation skills – to be able to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders including those located remotely.
      • Execution and delivery focus, with strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills - able to multi-task and deal with competing priorities.
      • Strong organizational skills with a focus on proactive and self-driven mindset, with ability to clearly communicate (written and verbal) to management and stakeholders as required.
      • Ability to drive structured oversight and reporting of multiple initiatives, identifying and escalating risks and issues on a timely basis.
      • Independent, self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
