      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Supervise day to day operations of Poker Room.
      • Direct the Poker Dealers to accomplish the goals of the Poker area and Casino Operations department.
      • Provide visible leadership in gaming operation areas.
      • Ensure compliance with Title 31 requirements and processes.
      • Responsible for the integrity of daily operations.
      • Present oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same.
      • Provide feedback as appropriate to Dealers regarding opportunities for skill development and professional advancement.
      • Supervise, coach, instruct and direct Poker Dealers in proper procedures of all aspects of poker operations.
      • Handle player service issues as needed.
      • Effectively manage game spread and staffing.
      • Protect the integrity of all poker games.
      • Administer disciplinary or corrective action, and monitor post-disciplinary performance of team members.
      • Develop, implement, and present departmental training programs from time to time as assigned, including but not limited to, organizing and conducting instructional classes designed to develop professional dealing skills.
      • Effectively manage an impressment bank and perform cash/chip transactions accurately by following the department cash handling procedures.
      • Recommend, schedule, and conduct training activities.
      • Protect and preserve the assets of the company.
      • Provide for the safety of team members including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter, and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
      • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
      • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
      • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

      QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

      To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.       • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Two years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role, poker experience required
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
      • Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L Statements
