What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, select, and process auto accident police reports related to damage claims
- Verify claims information and respond to claims adjustor requests
- Record claim information through data entry in the employer's customized software
- Communicate courteously and professionally with customers and colleagues
- Ensure adherence to established guidelines and procedures in processing claims

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of clerical or data entry experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with subrogation processes or insurance claims
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
