      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and interpret data in the policy context and provide strategic recommendations
      - Monitor and stay up-to-date with research, news, and government policies relevant to migration, international students, and immigrant labor market integration
      - Conduct literature reviews and produce in-depth environmental scans and landscape studies
      - Identify and plan strategic external engagement opportunities aligned with organizational policy goals
      - Prepare background materials, presentations, and speaking points for external engagements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current second-year candidate from a relevant graduate program (public policy, global affairs, international relations, economics, business, etc.)
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to research, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce
      - Professional experience in workforce development, immigration, economic development, or social sector consulting
