      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with AILA staff and committees to analyze emerging practice issues
      - Draft informational materials for AILA members
      - Support AILA committees and provide guidance on policy and practice issues
      - Provide strategic guidance to members on case-related inquiries
      - Conduct research and assist in identifying solutions for legal and procedural questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or master's degree in public policy or related field
      - Two to three years of training in or understanding of immigration law
      - Prior experience in immigration law firm, administrative agency, or similar environment
      - Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends
      - Travel occasionally for conferences and meetings

      - Experience in an immigration law firm, administrative agency, Congress, or state legislatures
