What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to client inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
- Research and validate client policies against Federal and State guidelines
- Analyze client custom policies to ensure alignment with client intent
- Communicate effectively with various functional areas to resolve inquiries
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS coding, and medical terminology
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
