What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure client policy configurations are accurate based on decisions made during implementation
- Provide technical support related to payment policies to Medical Directors and Implementation Teams
- Review testing and production files to identify potential policy issues
- Manage project timelines effectively and communicate risks to stakeholders
- Attend Policy Committee meetings and debrief on client decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year equivalent work experience
- High attention to detail and strong facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a matrix organization
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS coding and basic medical terminology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
