      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct qualitative research and analysis on healthcare reform issues, particularly those affecting the organization
      - Develop policy options and recommendations to support organizational decision-making
      - Prepare presentations for diverse audiences and draft official policy recommendations
      - Collaborate with the Project Management Office to operationalize policy requirements
      - Provide evaluation support activities, including data collection and literature searches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Colorado resident
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in public health, public policy, research and evaluation, or health administration
      - Strong analytical and technical writing skills, including the ability to write comprehensive reports
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
