      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the development and maintenance of policy documents, guidelines, and procedures for the underwriting department
      - Collaborate with legal counsel to create and review policy forms
      - Provide guidance to regional underwriting managers to ensure adherence to standards
      - Generate underwriting reports and conduct system testing for enhancements
      - Maintain the underwriting department’s internal website and respond to inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business documents and regulations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Progress towards obtaining INS, RPLU, or CPCU designations
      - Previous experience in policy development or underwriting
      - Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes in the insurance industry
      - Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse teams
      - Experience in training or mentoring others in a professional setting
