      Qualifications

      • Valid work authorization within the United States
      • 2+ years experience
      • Proficiency in the Polish -speaking language
      • Fluency in English
      • Tech-savvy
      • Perform full Quality Assurance (QA) on the different platforms, and testing environments (including Production), as required by each Project
      • Report and file bugs
      • Problem solve, provide clear suggestions/feedback, and effectively communicate critical information and describe issues
      • Provide feedback on Style Guides, and Terminology Databases on all matters related to the Apple style and project requirements
      • Assist with ad hoc projects
      • Contribute innovative ideas regarding process, workflow, and automation to maximize efficiency and scalability
      • Flexibility in accommodating varying work hours

      Responsibilities

      • Compose and document pertinent issues using a variety of bug-tracking software
      • Assess the quality of translations in your native language within the specified context
      • Conduct research and resolve linguistic inquiries
      • Adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, checklists, and glossaries
      • Resolve elementary computer issues (e.g., internet connectivity, language switching)
      • Effectively communicate and escalate testing concerns
      • Complete assigned tasks with precision and timeliness
