Job Description
- Req#: POOLA005996
- Monitor the cleanliness and temperature of the pools.
- Monitor the safety of swimmers and pool guests.
- Enforce rules and regulations of swimming area.
- Distribute pool towels to guests.
- Ensure guests at the pool have proper wristbands for entry.
- Retrieve in house guest list for the hotel and marina daily.
- Arrange and clean pool furniture.
- Keep pool deck free from debris.
- Remove garbage from pool area.
- Sweep deck.
- Stock pool towels.
- Keep desk area clean and organized.
- Hand out towels.
- Punches in and reports to the Guest Experience Manager on time and in full uniform for each shift. Obtains lead Guest Experience Manager approval prior to punching out.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Required Training/
Education/Experience:
Prior Lifeguard experience preferred, but not necessary.
First Aid Certification. CPR Certification.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have command of the English language
· Effective time management and task prioritization skills
· Must be able to work flexible and extended days/hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
· Thrive in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
· Basic mathematical skills.
· Able to stand, sit and continuously move for extended periods of time.
· Must be alert to the needs of guests and team members.
· Able to lift 50 pounds.
· Good hearing and vision with or without corrective lenses.
