Job Description

Multiple Recreational Pool Attendant openings at Bishop's Landing in Millville, DE.

Seasonal work May 20 - September 2.

Option to extend through September 20th.

20 hours a week.

Various shifts to include nights and weekends (10am-2pm; 2pm-6pm; 4pm-9pm).

Dress code: shorts, tennis shoes, flip flops and company issued shirt.

$15 an hour.

Daily responsibilities:

• Meet and greet homeowners, residents and guests.
• Check-in pool passes and key fobs.
• Respond to questions.
• Monitor pool desks for safety.
• Arrange furniture and umbrellas on pool deck.
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of pool deck.
• Friendly remind guests of pool rules.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required.
• 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communications skills, spoken and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Punctual, on time, reliable, and dependable.
• Takes ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and a team player.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
