- Pool Oversight: Oversee the outdoor pool areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional poolside services, adhering to company operating and health & safety standards.
- Health & Safety: Follow health & safety procedures as outlined in the normal operating procedure (NOP).
- Emergency Procedures: Execute emergency procedures as per the company’s emergency action plan (EAP) and complete accident reports.
- Guest Experience: Deliver a professionally informal style of service, leaving guests feeling hosted and well-cared for.
- Spa Experiences: A flexible role, you will be supporting other roles in the Spa during your daily activity.

- Swimming Ability: Able to swim 25m unaided.
- Lifeguarding Certification: Lifeguarding or emergency pool responder training is essential.
- Competitive Pay: £12.60 - £13.10 per hour (£26,208 - £27,248 PA FTE) plus a share of hotel tips.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Pool Host to join our team at Bedruthan Spa on a fixed-term contract starting 23rd May until the 31st October 2025. Successful candidates will be available for an immediate start, with the potential for a permanent position for the right people. In this role, you will ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our guests using the outdoor pools.
