  About the role

  Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a Pool Supervisor at the Ocotillo Grill Pool and Restaurant, located at the Residence Club . Our Supervisor acts as a leader for our Pool Attendants/Servers, ensuring guests satisfaction in the Ocotillo Grill Restaurant and Pool by cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing food and beverage service in a professional and friendly manner. This position oversees both the poolside restaurant and pool area. Hours of operation are from 6:30am-Sunset with the kitchen open from 11am-4pm.

  What you will do

  Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coaching, Training, and Supervising consistency of quality and efficiency of food and beverage service of the pool attendants and servers.

  • Clear understanding of Four Seasons Pool and Restaurant standards and ensuring the Residence Club is meeting them at all times.

  • Ensuring staff is reporting to scheduled shifts on time in accordance with budgeted guidelines.

  • Knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

  • Supporting the restaurant business during peak lunch service hour.

  • A ccurate tracking of financial records as part of the closing duty in the absence of the Ocotillo Grill manager

  • Handling guest concerns with the utmost professionalism

  • A ssisting in planning special events and promotions

  • Maintaining the pool areas following all safetey and cleanliness standards

  • Taking a lead of enforcement of pool rules under HOA guidelines

  Schedule & Hours:

  • Full-time employment with possible overtime based on business demands

  • Ability to provide maximum availability for the 7-day operation, including weekends and holidays

  • Scheduled for an 8-9 hour shift schedule with 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, 10am, and 11am starting times; potential PM shift schedules with Weekly/Monthly event nights

  • 30-minute lunch breaks

  Who We Look For:

  • Caring, positive, and enthusiastic!

  • Willingness to invest, engage, and build rapport with Residence Club owners professionally

  • 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience is a plus

  • Ability to walk up to 10 hours per day in a desert climate

  • Ability to safely drive golf carts and utility carts

  • Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
