      Join Mills Auto Group and the Exciting New Porsche Charlotte Northlake

      Porsche Charlotte Northlake, a state-of-the-art dealership opening soon in Charlotte, NC, and part of the esteemed Mills Auto Group, is seeking a dedicated and growth-oriented Full-Time Accounts Payable Administrator. This role will support our new Porsche location and provide accounts payable assistance to one additional dealerships within our group.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Accurately post vendor invoices into the CDK system

      • Issue checks and manage disbursements

      • Prepare and mail out vendor statements

      • Perform routine accounts payable functions

      • Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile related general ledger accounts

      • Handle miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

      Qualifications:

      • Previous automotive accounts payable experience is required

      • CDK Knowledge is plus

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
