Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.
Location: Bexley Summerhill
PAY: starting at $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses.
Schedule: This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Job Duties Include:
• Daily Grounds Pick up
• Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas
• Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities
• Clean Swimming Pool
• Preventative MaintenanceResidential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds a plus!
