- Perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that your property is always in great condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds.
- Learn new skills and work closely with the maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities.
- Engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team.
- Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties.
- Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform snow removal and/or landscaping as needed.
- Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition.
- Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed.
- Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.
- $22.46 / hour
- Weekly Pay
- Benefits and PTO administered by local 808 union
- Parking garage located on-site
- You have at least 1 year experience as a building porter, cleaner, or groundskeeper
- Affordable housing experience is a plus.
- You must join the local 808 union as a condition of the role
- You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
