Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing credit and collateral analysis to identify risk within the active portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepares formal requests, collects, reviews and analyzes financial information and collateral position on active accounts in a timely and accurate manner and confirms assigned risk rating. Communicates findings to management.
• Tests financial covenant provisions to determine compliance. Prepares appropriate letters to customers and vendors as it relates to covenant compliance or violations.
• Prepares risk rating change forms and if necessary, a CAPP fact sheet on adversely classified customers.
• May perform transactions requiring effective product and operations knowledge.
• Delivers accurate and efficient customer service. Answers moderately complex inquiries by customers and refers high level inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Obtains updated equipment appraisal information as directed by management. Performs equipment inspections prior to commencement.
• Completes monthly new business report and distributes to senior management in an accurate and timely manner. Prepares internal and board delinquency reports.
• Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

Experience Required

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills are needed to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated credit analysis experience of one year or more.
