Lead the process for strategic portfolio planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives, prioritizing, and allocating resources effectively.

Stay abreast of market trends, conduct thorough competitive landscape assessments, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies, identifying target groups and tailoring marketing approaches to meet their specific needs.

Drive the development and evolution of diabetes products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products remain competitive and meet evolving customer needs.

Master’s degree in marketing/or life sciences. An Masters of Business Administration (desirable) or similar.

Significant experience in marketing or strategy roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Diabetes/GLP-1 product knowledge or exposure.

Extensive understanding of market research and consumer trend analysis.

Fluency in both written and verbal English.

About the department
The GLP-1 Diabetes Commercial Marketing team consists of several senior professionals working closely to support the VP. With no traditional direct reports, you’ll provide indirect guidance and leadership to other members of the team collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally.
