What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and discipline
- Serve as a liaison with government entities
- Direct and coordinate property operations in alignment with company goals
- Ensure maintenance meets company standards
- Oversee risk management and emergency procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or related discipline
- 4-6 years of property leasing management experience
- 1-3 years of previous experience managing others
- Experience with YARDI
- Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO)
- Accredited Residential Management (ARM)
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)-NAAHQ
