      Job Skills / Requirements

      The Portfolio Resource Coordinator (PRC) is responsible for ensuring portfolio resource coordination and strategic scheduling support for the Client Service Team. This is primarily achieved through proactively addressing resource needs, filling open shifts, and reducing overtime through strategic initiatives. The PRC will also provide administrative support for the portfolio, which includes ensuring accurate data entry in WinTeam software, facilitating security guard training/clearance requirements, processing online ticket submissions, etc.


      Job Functions:


      · Strategically identify open shifts / open lines and work with Paladin’s Client Service team to ensure complete schedules to adhere to our contractual obligations

      · Extend existing schedules in Paladin WinTeam scheduling software to ensure Paladin’s Security Guards are fully aware of their ongoing schedule three (3) months in advance

      · Work within a dynamic team environment with multiple operational stakeholders including Site Supervisors, Security Guards, CSMs, Senior Management and our Operations Centre

      · Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule, minimizing overtime pay outs

      · Coordinate with specifically identified Client Service Managers to ensure their staffing needs are met and proactively addressed

      · Ongoing knowledge development of Paladin’s contractual obligations for the assigned Portfolio(s). This will include site visits, ongoing training, and a close working relationship with the management group

      · Support and process JIRA submissions as they relate to the portfolio

      · Review and approve vacation requests in collaboration with shift supervisors/contract managers based on operational needs

      · Take on a large role in Paladin’s deployment process

      · Ensure billing accuracy and compliance on a weekly basis

      · Work with Paladin's WinTeam software to ensure accurate and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll. Ensure payroll is complete for 1200 hours (PST) every second Tuesday, as well as on the 2nd at 1200 hours (PST) for month end lockdown

      · Assist with gathering and deployment of uniform items and site required equipment

      · Additional duties as assigned

      · Submit detailed overtime breakdown within 3 days of payroll lockdown


      Requirements:


      · Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally

      · Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills

      · Strategic Thinking

      · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

      · Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills

      · Creative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeed

      · Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation

      · Proficiency in Computer Usage, with an ability to learn Paladin’s WinTeam software

      · Be willing to work flexible hours

      · Must have a valid Manitoba Security Guard License

      · Must have a valid Manitoba Drivers License

      · Ability to travel to different sites in Winnipeg
