What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote support to U-Haul Dealer, Center, Marketing Company, Shops, Tech Center, and Towers Internal end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with U-Haul computer applications and systems
- Identify software discrepancies and report them to the development teams
- Assist with network troubleshooting and resolve possible network issues
- Build and manage field mobile devices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fundamental understanding of basic network functions
- Knowledge of IP addresses and configuration of routers, modems, and switches
- Ability to support and resolve operating system and browser issues
- Proficiency in ticket logging with detailed descriptions of issues and resolutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fundamental networking knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Center/MCO workstations and peripherals
- Experience programming and managing devices through Meraki
- Working knowledge of operating systems and browsers
- Typing speed minimum of 45 wpm
