- Attends and utilizes weekly supervision with a board approved Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor
- Attends monthly discipline(s) meeting
- Completes approved fellowship project by the conclusion of the fellowship year
- Participates in didactic courses

- Completion of Master’s degree (preferably from a CA-CREP accredited program)
- Must be currently working toward becoming Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate in the state of Texas
- License to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Texas.

SUMMARYThe Post-Master’s LPC-Associate Fellow is responsible for applying the knowledge, skills and perspective of Licensed Professional Counselor Associate to the services provided by The Menninger Clinic, including, but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, education, research and administration.
Salary: $50,000/yr

KEY FUNCTIONS
1. Compliance with policies and procedures of the Menninger Clinic and its Corporate Compliance Committee, the standards of the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and other medical records and legal requirements.
2. Perform initial assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, vocational therapy, case coordination and discharge planning services in collaboration with interprofessional treatment team for assigned caseload.
3. Provide and participate in appropriate training and/or research opportunities
4. Serves as a Post-Master’s LPC-Associate Fellow with rotations through continuum of care as assigned by LPC Training Coordinator
