What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Write Queries using psql to retrieve data from the database
- Utilize knowledge of Postgres internal structures for performance tuning and optimization
- Translate business logic into PL/pgSQL procedures and functions
- Apply PostgreSQL XML functions to process and produce XML content
- Conduct unit testing to ensure performance and optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in writing Queries using psql and performance tuning
- Experience with DB server as a cloud resource (Azure/AWS)
- Strong knowledge of Postgres internal structures
- Proficiency in PL/pgSQL procedures and functions
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL XML functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience working with large-scale databases
- Knowledge of other database systems such as MySQL or Oracle
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
