- Valid State of Ohio Principal certificate/license.
- Demonstrated leadership with building level teams (BLT), District Leadership Teams (DLT) and Teacher Based Teams (TBT).
- Knowledgeable with development, curriculum and programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge in analyzing a wide variety of building level data.
- Demonstrated competencies in instructional technology.
- Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum, instruction and assessment.
- Strong knowledge in Best Practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of O.D.E. Standards, Value Added, Special Education and AYP.
- Demonstrated knowledge in creating a master schedule for a building.
- Demonstrated success in partnerships with PTO and numerous community engagement programs.
- Demonstrate knowledge in PBIS and Dyslexia initiatives.
- Holds OTES certification for conducting teacher evaluations.
- Prior experience as a building administrator.
- Prior experience in the area of special education.
- Achievement in grant writing.
