Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust powder settings as needed to maintain optimal process control
• Manage and maintain powder containers used during painting operations
• Oversee the powder application area to ensure consistent quality and safety
• Log process control issues using the Zincit maintenance tracking system
• Participate in 5S and housekeeping activities, including maintaining the Powder Storage Area and ensuring cleanliness around powder application zones
• Perform daily startup and shutdown procedures for the Environmental Room and Paint Booths
• Modify powder set points, switch powder types, adjust handgun settings, and update or change application recipes as required
