      Our Client, a Business Manfacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Power Apps Developer for their Charlotte, NC/ Remote location.

      Responsibilities:
      • Solution Design and Development: Architect, develop, and implement scalable applications and automations using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
      • Process Automation: Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and design end-to-end workflows that streamline operations.
      • Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
      • Governance and Security: Implement best practices for data governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management within the Power Platform environments.
      • End-User Enablement: Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and deliver knowledge transfer to empower business users and citizen developers.
      • Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed solutions, leveraging feedback and analytics to drive ongoing enhancements.
      • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Power Platform solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and IT departments to align solutions with business goals.
      • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration, and user instructions.

      Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
      • Self-sufficient in developing new enterprise-grade Power Apps from scratch as well as enhancing, troubleshooting, and fixing existing apps to improve performance and functionality.
      • Proven track record of working independently, responsible for owning Power Apps solutions from concept through deployment.
      • Proficiency in designing and developing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
      • Strong experience with process automation, workflow design, and business process optimization using Power Automate.
      • Demonstrated expertise in building and customizing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data transformation and DAX queries.
      • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure services, PowerBI, SQL and REST APIs.
      • Familiarity with Dataverse, Common Data Service, and connectors for various data sources.
      • Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) concepts in Power Platform using tools such as Azure DevOps.
      • Knowledge of security and compliance considerations within the Power Platform, including environment management, data loss prevention, and user roles.
      • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
      • Certification(s) in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-400 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
      • Stay current with Power Platform updates, tools, and industry trends.
      • Experience with AI Builder, Power BI, and custom connectors.
      • Development experience with JavaScript, Power Fx.
      • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
      • Experience working in large enterprise environments or regulated industries.
      • Ability to mentor or support citizen developers.
      • Understanding UI/UX design principles as applied to app development.
      • Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence toolkit.
