- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) integrated with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications and workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed solutions, architectures, and processes.
- Ensure developed solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational and DoD standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including list/library customization, permissions, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
- Familiarity with relational databases and integration with on-premises SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Power BI development and reporting.
