      We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Analyst with an aptitude for administrating project management applications such as OnePlan, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project portfolio management. This person will design and manage Power BI dashboards and administer OnePlan to effectively meet executive, stakeholder, and project team reporting needs.

      Description

      Key Responsibilities:

    • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to internal and business stakeholders. Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations to support decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
    • OnePlan Administration: Administer and manage OnePlan, including configuration, user management, and customization.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure OnePlan enhancement roadmap aligns with project portfolio management needs.Provide training and support to users on OnePlan functionalities and best practices.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop and maintain automated data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, executives, delivery teams, and the PMO to ensure alignment and effective project KPIs and reporting.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, project management, and agile development. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to existing reports and dashboards. Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI standards and documentation.
    • Minimum Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Experience:
        • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
        • Minimum 2-4 years working with project management methodologies and tools.
      • Soft Skills:
        • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

      Nice To Have Qualifications:

      • Experience with application configuration, customization, and administration.
      • Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
      • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
      • Advanced certifications in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
      • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
      • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
