What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects
- Develop and maintain client relationships while marketing services to new clients
- Collaborate with project design teams to execute projects and prepare proposals
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and status reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, business, or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the electric utility environment as a Project Engineer/Lead or Project Manager
- At least two (2) years of relevant project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in leading projects in the electric utility environment
- Experience with large-scale project management and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with regional utilities in the Northwest
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
