      Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location.       What you will be doing

      With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

      • develop and validate control algorithms using model-based approaches, ensuring the safety and reliability of power electronics and electrical drives,
      • define, model, and simulate control system architectures,
      • integrate control algorithms seamlessly with both software and hardware platforms,
      • verify algorithm performance using techniques such as model-in-the-loop (MIL), processor-in-the-loop (PIL), and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations,
      • innovate, prototype, and implement electric health monitoring functions,
      • adhere to aerospace quality management systems.

      To be successful in this role you will need to:

      • hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics,
      • possess a strong background in controlling power electronics and electromechanical systems,
      • utilize MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm validation and code generation effectively,
      • apply hands-on experience with inverter systems and drive commissioning, testing, and deployment,
      • understand FPGA and SoC for inverter control applications,
      • familiarize with safety-oriented development processes like ARP4754A, DO-178C, and DO-331,
      • demonstrate a goal-oriented and structured approach, combined with initiative, creativity, and reliability,
      • have fluency in English or German.
