  General Purpose

  The main purpose of Power Equipment Sales is to aid customers in the purchase of outdoor power equipment.

  FLSA Status : Non-exempt

  Reports to: Power Equipment Sales Manager

  Job Description

  • Answer phone calls
  • Ensure that customer and co-workers receive an outstanding friendly experience, maintain outstanding standards, have a solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service
  • Schedule deliveries on new equipment
  • Clean floor & equipment
  • Work home shows
  • Keep product stocked on floor and priced accordingly
  • Credit approval on new equipment
  • Multi-task
  • Submit all paperwork for sales/retail bonuses, purchase orders, and finalize sales orders

  Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Write legibly
  • Speak & hear

  Qualifications

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and superiors
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of equipment to answer customer questions during sales and calls
  • Must be able to demonstrate how to use equipment to customers for sales
